Our mission
Texas is in the middle of the largest industrial build-out in a generation, and much of it is happening with little public visibility. We want to stop it here, and we want to give every Texan what they need to do the same: a clear picture of what's being proposed in their community, what it would cost their water, power, land, and taxes — and exactly how and when to speak up.
Where we stand
We oppose these data centers. Not in Parker County, and not elsewhere in Texas. We don't believe they can be relocated, scaled down, or engineered into something our community should accept. The water and power they require are not ours to give away, and the people asked to absorb the cost are the ones with the least say in the decision.
We are nonpartisan. Data centers aren't a left or right issue — they're a neighbor issue. We'll work with anyone who will work with us, and we will never tell you how to vote or endorse a candidate. Taking a position on this issue and staying out of party politics are two different things.
We show our work. Every article names its author. Every claim links to a source. When something is uncertain, we say so.
Showing up works. Commissioners courts, city councils, groundwater districts, and the Legislature respond to constituents who arrive informed. Our job is to get you there prepared.
